Custom Parts, Fixtures, & Manufacturing in Central Oklahoma
Fabrications of OKC, LLC is an owner-operated industrial job shop with low overhead and located in Choctaw, Oklahoma. We provide CNC fiber laser cutting, conventional machining, welding, metal fabrication, material cutting, milling and forming for custom parts and high or low volume manufacturing. We work with customer-supplied drawings, CAD files, DXF files, sketches, dimensions and specifications to manufacture parts and assemblies to agreed requirements.
CNC FIBER LASER CUTTING:
6 KW large-format CNC fiber laser for precision CNC cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our large cutting profile allows us options to maximize material utilization and minimize waste where possible for individual parts, prototypes and short production runs.
MACHINING:
Engine lathes and conventional milling services for shafts, bushings, spacers, adapters, plates, fixtures, tooling, repair parts and other custom-machined components.
WELDING & FABRICATION: Custom welding and fabrication in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. From individual brackets and components to welded assemblies, we manufacture parts to customer-supplied drawings and specifications.
MATERIAL CUTTING:
Horizontal band saw cutting for bar, tube, pipe and other stock materials used in machining and fabrication projects.
MILLING & DRILLING:
Conventional milling and drilling for custom parts, fixtures, tooling, plates and machine components.
PRESS BRAKE:
Forming 75-ton press brake forming with approximately 4 feet of working width for brackets, plates, covers, gussets and other formed components.
